Loy-Up keeps a points card for every shop you love — earned at the till, spent on things you actually want. No plastic, nothing to leave at home, nothing to lose.
One app, every member shop. Free, and no ads.
Set up your loyalty programme in ten minutes. Loy-Up never charges you anything.
Apply to joinMost loyalty cards ask you to trust the counter. Loy-Up is built the other way round: the shop proposes, you check it, and your tap is what makes it real.
They enter what you paid. A single-use code appears — on their screen or on yours. It lives 90 seconds, then it is dead server-side.
Before anything is credited, your phone shows the shop, the amount the cashier entered, and the points it earns. If it doesn't match your receipt, you decline.
Your tap credits the points. They stay with that shop — spend them there, whenever you like, on whatever they've put on the shelf.
Points are never pooled into a vague platform currency. Each shop keeps its own card, its own balance, its own rules.
Every approved shop, what it's offering and how its points work — so you know where a coffee run turns into points.
Browse the shelf, spend your points, show the code at the till. Change your mind and the points come straight back.
Every earn, void and correction is in your Activity, with the shop and the time it happened.
Show your code, or scan the shop's. Or type it in by hand, if a camera is being difficult.
Export everything as JSON, or delete your account, from inside the app. No ads, nothing sold, no marketing email.
There is no billing system inside Loy-Up. Nothing to cancel, nothing that wakes up in six months. The loyalty programme is yours; we just keep the books.
The shop portal is deliberately small: a rule, your tills, your team, your rewards. Ten minutes to set up, then it stays out of your way.
A loyalty programme nobody watches ends up feeding someone other than your customers. Loy-Up watches for patterns and hands you the judgement — it never blocks a sale on your behalf.
Same customer too often, odd hours, one cashier well off the others — the alert arrives with the reason spelled out in plain words.
Side by side, on your own shop's numbers. A cashier can never clear an alert that names them.
If something was wrong, the correction goes onto the record — it doesn't erase it. Your thresholds, your call.
A few minutes at app.loy-up.com. Shop name, address, your email.
Every shop on Loy-Up has been looked at by a person. It's slower, and that's the point.
Verify your email, set your rule, add your tills, invite your team.
Loy-Up is built and run from Jounieh, for Lebanese shops and the people who keep them going. Lebanese law applies, and we hold ourselves to a high bar on data protection because that's the right bar for a product that touches people's money.
A Lebanese product for a Lebanese market — prices in dollars, days that run on Beirut time, and a person you can reach in your own time zone.
One tap in your profile exports everything you have as JSON. Another deletes your account for good.
